Axelspur will be comprised of a 100,000 SF industrial building constructed with tilt-up concrete walls. The layout of the building was carefully planned to provide adaptive space options to serve the occupancy of a single tenant or multiple tenants, including adequate parking to serve potential offices and distribution vehicles. Valor is the design-build general contractor for this project.
